Shipping, Returns & Refund Information
Shipping is free for all orders over $40. Otherwise, we offer flat rate shipping of $8 per order. Once your order has shipped, delivery time is typically 2–3 business days.
Currently, we only offer shipping within the U.S. We’re working on making international shipping available soon. Alternatively, you can purchase our products on Amazon here.
Handling
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you're not, we're happy to issue a return. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@boundlessaudio.com, or by replying to your order confirmation email. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending items back. All returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged/defective products
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sort it out. Read more about Our Guarantee here.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the original purchase price (minus shipping cost) will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .
